To Register, please print out the form below to make paper copies and join in one of the following ways:
1) Make a donation of $10.00 or more to the charity below, but donations will be accepted in any amount.
or
2) Try to gather pledeges from others that total at least $10.00, without making a self donation.
or
3) Use any combination of #'s 1 and 2 above.

Please see that the information is legible on the registration form. When gathering pledges, the participant should keep accurate figures and totals. All cash should be converted to check or money order (by the participant) to ensure that it gets to the charity. Checks and money orders should be kept in a sturdy envelope, with the registration form, and brought to the float. Volunteers will be present to collect the donations and pledges before we launch.

***Participants may accept checks, money orders, or cash from those pledging donations. Please convert ALL CASH DONATIONS to check or money orders BEFORE the event day. Please make sure all donations add up to the correct total in right column, and please make sure checks and money orders are made out to the correct charity.
Place all registration forms, checks, and money orders in a sturdy envelope and bring all with you to the event on May 22nd. Please explain to those pledging that we want all funds collected prior to the event so the chosen charity will have their donations on or before June 6, 2010.
Donations will also be accepted at the tailgate for the beverages, but all money donated will go to the American Heart Association.
